I was confused of why I was being removed outside to a situation where my safety was at risk. I was also extremely concerned of my safety due to the incident that just had taken place. I immediately thought how unprofessional of a GM to ask me to leave the facility in which I was just told to go back into. Less than 5 minutes of me being back inside I was approached by a security member telling me the general manager is outside and would like to talk to me. Removing the aggressive customer to the side of the establishment and by asking me to kindly go back inside silver pinball museum, in which I did. The woman continued to aggressively approach with 3 additional female friends and a male friend until “security” finally decided they needed to step in and intervene the situation. Not to mention I never left my barstool that I was sitting on. The verbal altercation continued between the two of us for a few minutes. During the short time of trying to request our Lyft, I, Meghan was rudely verbally attacked by a customer leaving the facility.
My friend and I sat on the bar stools outside of silver pinball requesting a Lyft to go home. We said our goodbyes to familiar staff that we see almost every weekend. My girlfriend and I decided to call it a night. As a regular of silver pinball museum I am extremely dissatisfied of how a particular situation was handled.
Im writing on behalf of the nightlife scene of this establishment, not on the actual game museum (which may I state is phenomenal).
